Jersey Calendar Girls

I'm lucky enough to have the best ever friends. One night at Jans home Sue came up with the idea of doing a calendar to raise money for the ABC After Breast Cancer Care.

Like the original Calendar Girls we would all go topless but our boobs hidden behind certain objects.

My special friends all didnot hesitate when asked but were honoured to help and I thank them so so much as it couldn't of happened with them.

A huge thanks also to Steve Wellum who has for over 22 years been our family and my fitness photographer. When I mentioned the idea to Steve he was more than happy to help, and all without charge. Such a wonderful man. A true gent.

We had so much fun making this calendar together. Our evening meetings at Steve Wellum’s was full of laughter and smiles and a little bit of wine to help everyone into the mood. Ha Ha. I think Steve actually had as much fun as we did . As I said Steve did every part of this free of charge for us we are so so grateful.

We raised so much money

Girls night out to celebrate

To celebrate our success I wanted to show the girls how super grateful I was to them so took us all for a good night out at the Royal Yacht. We had a wonderful meal followed by lots of laughs and plenty of drink flowing. It was well deserved .
